Hey Yaw today when for NAPFA test.

I got 23 points.

5 for sit up,5 for Chin up,2 for sit & Reach,3 for SBJ,

5 for shuttle run and 3 for 2.4km run.

Well total up to 23 points = sliver... =.=

in skol its gold..hahha

but its ok..

standard drop tremendously..well actually not that bad la..

but still drop..

while running only two things was on my mind.

that is For MY LIFE AHEAD and GET OVER THIS.

well there's alot more but main thing is this two.

20 over plus people were in my group.
